How can I get a refund for damaged products?
If your product arrives damaged, you must record a clear unboxing video from sealed package opening to product inspection and send it on WhatsApp. Our team will verify the video and provide a refund if the claim is valid.
Are customized products returnable?
Customized products are made specifically for your order. Once sold, customized products are not returnable.
What is the custom order flow?
Go to Custom Order, submit your requirements and reference files, then our team will call you to confirm details, final price, and payment. After confirmation, production starts and status updates appear in My Account.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timeline depends on the product and custom work. Standard products are processed faster; custom jobs may take additional production time. You will receive updates for your order status.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes are possible only before production starts. Message us on WhatsApp immediately with your order reference and requested changes.
Which payment methods are supported?
You can pay securely using UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking through Razorpay.

Open My Account and check your order status. If you need help, contact support with your order reference.
